Every binding date for Q4 is confirmed. Deal windows, inventory cutoffs, peak fees. What Amazon has not announced is when Prime Big Deal Days, Black Friday Week, or Cyber Monday actually run. So you have to commit stock and submit deals for events with no published dates. This guide covers what changed this year, what it costs, and the work that has to happen before each cutoff.
Two of them are fees Amazon charges on every unit after October 15. One is money you save by acting before September 5. The last is what a click costs in November against the rest of the year. Each one is explained in the sections below.
Yellow is when the selling happens. Blue is when your stock has to be at Amazon for it. The gap between them is the number that catches people out. Dates with an asterisk are our estimates, because Amazon has not published its 2026 event dates.
